Your nominees bring strong skills and knowledge to their positions—not just from our years as part of the fencing community as volunteers, coaches and referees, but also through our careers and other activities. Our involvement with the organization has taken many forms, through which we have learned how the USFA works—and more importantly, how and why it doesn’t function well in some areas. Among us we have decades of real-world business experience, technology savvy, entrepreneurial expertise and managerial knowledge and we look forward to applying all that we know to the challenges ahead for the USFA during the next quadrennial.
